Non-Motion Wellness Alert

CondoSecure in-suite keypads can be set with an inactivity timer, usually 24 hours.

While the system is disarmed, any activity in the suite restarts the timer: a door opening or closing, a touch on the keypad screen, or another input change such as a patio door or an interior motion detector. If no activity is detected before the timer runs out, the keypad raises a wellness alert.

When the suite is armed in Away mode, the timer does not run, since no one is assumed to be home.
