TideWatch by CondoSecure Tower System
Available through Wesco
Watch the water before it becomes a problem.
A full-tower, standalone (keypadless) leak detection system for condominium towers and multi-unit residential buildings.
The Tower System uses wireless CSWDS sensors in the suites and small wired CSRCV80 receivers placed in electrical closets or hallways, outside the protected suites. The receivers collect status and alarm information from the in-suite sensors and report it in real time to the central display on a PC at the concierge or security desk, or the gatehouse, running CondoSecure TowerWatch. Alarms can optionally be sent offsite for third-party remote monitoring.
In-suite sensors signal water leaks as an early warning of possible flood damage. The system also reports any sensor with a low battery or a failed check-in to the desk, and the CSRCV80 also flags it on its trouble output and LED. If a CSRCV80 receiver loses power, that is reported to the desk as well.

How it works
- Sensors in the suites. Small, battery-powered CSWDS wireless leak sensors go where leaks start: bathrooms, laundry closets, under sinks, dishwashers, and fan-coil drip trays.
- Receivers outside the suites. Each CSRCV80 receiver typically serves sensors across several suites, up to 80 sensors per receiver. Add receivers to cover the whole tower.
- Alerts at the desk. Status and water alarms report in real time to the CondoSecure TowerWatch display at the concierge or security desk, or the gatehouse, with optional offsite third-party monitoring.

Built for whole buildings
- Up to 80 sensors per CSRCV80. Use as many CSRCV80 receivers as the building needs. For example, a single CSRCV80 might serve 10 suites with 38 sensors between them; most sites don't use all 80.
- More than one or two risers? Add a CS4858v1 RS485 channel splitter, with 8 riser connections. Buildings with one or two risers of CSRCV80 receivers don't need one.
- Easy retrofit: add comprehensive leak detection to existing buildings without major rewiring. Also suits new construction.
- Central placement in electrical closets or common-area hallways reduces hardware and installation costs.
- Proven 915 MHz wireless with encrypted communication. Every device has a unique ID, and each sensor registers in seconds with a single button.
- Supervised: water alarms, low batteries, missed check-ins, and receiver power loss report to the desk, and the CSRCV80 trouble output and LED also flag low battery and missed check-ins.
System components
CSWDS sensors
Battery-powered wireless water sensors for the suites.
CSRCV80 Tower Receiver
The Tower System receiver: up to 80 sensors each.
CS4858v1 RS485 Channel Splitter
For buildings with more than one or two risers of CSRCV80s.
At the desk, water alarms, low batteries, missed check-ins, and receiver power loss appear in CondoSecure TowerWatch, the CondoSecure security-desk software.
Same sensors. Different receiver. Do not substitute the 10-sensor CSRCV for the CSRCV80. To add wireless sensors to an existing alarm panel instead, see the CSRCV standalone receiver.
