TideWatch by CondoSecure is a wireless water leak detection system for condominium towers and multi-unit residential buildings. Small battery-powered CSWDS sensors go where leaks start, and an alarm reaches the people who can act on it.

Water from a leaking fitting, an overflowing appliance, or a fan-coil drip tray can travel to the suites and common areas below before anyone notices. TideWatch in-suite sensors signal water leaks as an early warning of possible flood damage, so staff can respond sooner.

Tower System
Whole-building, keypadless leak detection. CSWDS wireless sensors in the suites report to CSRCV80 receivers in electrical closets or hallways, with up to 80 sensors per receiver. Water alarms, low batteries, missed check-ins, and receiver power loss report to the security desk running CondoSecure TowerWatch.
Standalone receiver (CSRCV)
Add wireless sensors to any existing panel. The CSRCV receiver takes up to 10 CSWDS sensors and has dry-contact outputs for a conventional alarm panel, annunciator, or CS-Series keypad.
Same sensors. Different receiver. Both systems use the same CSWDS sensors. Do not substitute the 10-sensor CSRCV for the CSRCV80.
